We are always lookig for dynamic interns to join us to principally support Creditinfo Group Shared Services which covers various departments such as HR, Operations, Legal, Finance & Marketing.  Interns can also support each of our offices and partner offices worldwide, learning fundamental business skills in various disciplines.   in a fast moving business, having the opportunity to make valuable contributions.  The position can be located in either our office in Mosta, Malta or in Prague, Czech Republic working directly with:

 Required Skills

A business, finance, legal or marketing student • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate and maintain a professional demeanour •  A proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, with a good familiarity of Web and social media •  Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task • A strong work ethic and positive attitude • Highly organised and task oriented • A creative flair and good critical thinking skills • Ability to work alone and as part of a multi-cultural team.

Primary Duties

  • Presentation Materials  – Creating PowerPoint presentations based on provided text, finding images online, formatting digital images, within company brand guidelines
  • Research  – Finding information online – from statistics, quotes, contact information and even hotels & flight info.
  • Database Management  – Inputting, editing contact information and setting up searchable databases in Excel  or other inhouse programs. CRM, HRM, Authorisation applications for travel, holiday leave and expenses authorisation and approval
  • Creating / Editing Marketing Lists –  Both for marketing purposes and for resale. Data drawn down per client criteria from various data sources, sorted and verified and researched online.
  • MailChimp  –  Creating the format for email marketing
  • Researching and booking speakers for the Creditinfo Academy webinars
  • Business projects & research, review and report writing
  • Video Editing  – Basic editing of webinar videos online.  Uploading to YouTube.
  • Webinars / Online Meetings  –  Assistance setting up and running webinars on Webex and Skype
  • Electronic File Management  – Uploading content to a shared online storage space
  • Social Media  –  Adding content. Creating content. Finding links. Researching reposts, retweets, etc. FaceBook, Linked In, Twitter and FB Workplace
  • Website Content Management  –  Adding articles and editing the content.  Creating content. Researching links. Using WordPress.
  • Travel Arrangements –  Booking hotels & flights online or via a local agent
  • SurveyMonkey –  Creating the format for questionnaires; sending it out and collecting the feedback
  • Internal and External Communication – Maintain good client relations both internal and external through professionalism in all functions of customer service.  Utilising FaceBook Workplace, Email and other company communication mediums.
  • Press Releases  –  Proof reading and distribution online and via email in accordance with brand and distribution guidelines.
  •  General office duties  – Taking / sorting the mail, answering the phone / door to clients, and other duties as required.
